The Hiring Process
Salary and hourly positions start with a screening of the application. Qualified candidates are then selected for an interview which may initially be conducted on the telephone followed up by a behavioral interview. The behavioral interview is conducted by a panel that normally consists of Human Resources, the Hiring Manager and other employees that interact with the position. We use a panel in the interview process to ensure that we are using a fair and objective approach to selecting the best possible candidate for the position.
